Sauvignon Blanc from Friuli in Italy is a real hidden treasure, Friuli’s soils are limestone rich clay meaning this Organic Sauvignon retains super minerality and savoury notes alongside the fresh complexity with intense aroma of tropical fruit, elderflower, citrus sage and tomato leaves. The palate itself is crisp, bright with a strong and long aftertaste.
