Bright straw yellow, with typical hints of white peach with a sprinkling of citrus, notes of acacia flowers and hawthorn. In the mouth this Italian white wine is delicate and light, fresh and fruity both satisfying and refreshing. A bright and precise end with a typical hint of bitter almonds on the finish. A wine that truly impresses with fresh and delicate aromas and flavours. Vinified exclusively in steel.
A versatile and pleasant white, it goes well with various preparations based on grilled, baked or stewed fish. Excellent to accompany small fish appetizers, such as canapes with tuna or salmon.
